Diagnostic
Facilities
Our veterinary surgeons make frequent use of many of the diagnostic
techniques found in human hospitals, including X-ray, ECG and endoscopy.
We also have comprehensive, in-house laboratory facilities which mean we
can obtain results from blood and urine samples fast for quick
diagnoses.
Kennelling
We have comfortable, hygienic kennels for hospitalised patients. A nurse
is always on duty to care for in-patients, and we have full intensive
care facilities if needed. If your pet has to stay at the practice, you
are most welcome to visit, by prior arrangement.
Surgical Facilities
Our operating theatre is equipped with modern instruments and
anaesthetic equipment. We also have special facilities for the treatment
of fractures (broken bones) and for dental care. Should your pet require
surgery, your veterinary surgeon will explain what the operation
involves and the arrangements for hospitalisation to you.
Repeat Prescriptions
Some conditions can require long-term medication. If we issue you with a
repeat prescription for your pet's medicines, please contact the
practice 24 hours before calling in to collect supplies. We will need to
re-examine your pet at regular intervals to monitor progress.
Our Staff
The practice combines traditional values with modern techniques and
expertise, and all our staff - Veterinary Surgeons, Nursing and Admin -
have a high level of commitment to patient and customer care.
